Installatieautomaten (MCB) uit de Ex9BN-serie zijn geschikt voor gebruik in zowel residentiële als industriële installaties. Voor deze installatieautomaten is een compleet assortiment bijbehorende accessoires beschikbaar, zoals hulp- en signaalcontacten, shunttrip, onder- en overspanningsspoelen en aardlekmodules (RCD opbouwunits). Alle componenten zijn onderling compatibel, waardoor ze eenvoudig met elkaar te combineren zijn. Per installatieautomaat kunnen maximaal drie hulp- of alarmcontacten worden gebruikt, aangevuld met maximaal twee uitschakelspoelen.
